| These include, but are not limited to, programs and/or services such as housing, places to get food, emergency/temporary shelter, and places to get clothing. |

| These include, but are not limited to, programs and/or services such as remedial and enrichment programs before, during and after the school day and/or during the summer. This also includes GED programs, programs for Special Needs students, social and emotional and family life (human relationships and sexuality) programs. |

These include, but are not limited to, programs and/or services that provide job training, job placement, communications (oral and written) and career planning skills, as well as internships and apprenticeships, and vocational rehabilitation.

| These include, but are not limited to, programs and or services that build character, empower people (self-awareness, self-help, self-esteem) and enrich their lives through the development of leadership, entrepreneurship, and human relationship skills while involved in activities such as community service and mentoring. |

| These include, but are not limited to, prevention, information and education programs and or services that address medical coverage, chronic disorders, eating disorders, adolescent sexuality, asthma and allergies, disabilities, dental care, immunization, nutrition, HIV/AIDS, TB, other sexually transmitted diseases, pregnancy (prevention, preparedness, care…) as well as childhood diseases, and primary care needs. |

| These include, but are not limited to, programs and or services that provide cultural, social, and artistic instruction. They also include after school and summer, performing arts, volunteer, environmental/ecology, sports, hobbies, and self-discipline programs. |

| These include, but are not limited to, faith-based programs and/or services that may provide counseling, empowerment, mentorship, rehabilitation, meditation, leadership skills, youth groups, and religious education. |
