Description:	This warm water program is designed for individuals who have problems with joint mobility which has limited their excercise. Exercises are done at a slow pace that will allow the individual to work out safely. During the class the participants will be walking and focusing on all non-weight bearing joints of the body. It is a low intensity aerobics class for indivuduals with arthritis.
